Additionally, the shell space lacked existing drainage and waterproofing infrastructure, which meant the team had to engineer complete systems for the changing rooms and wet areas.

By integrating these technical solutions early in the design process, the team ensured that functionality and aesthetics worked together seamlessly. The finished space now feels fluid, balanced, and serene, an environment that supports both physical movement and mental focus.

Project Highlight: Al Thuriah Sales Office

Spanning approximately 1,200 square meters, the project reimagines the conventional sales office as a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment where visitors feel comfortable engaging with the brand.

Rather than a traditional reception area, the entrance unfolds into a curated lounge defined by soft sculptural seating, marble-topped tables, and warm neutral tones. The spatial arrangement encourages conversation and relaxation, creating a setting that feels closer to a refined living room than a typical corporate waiting area.

Natural light floods the space through expansive windows, enhancing the warmth of the materials and reinforcing the studio’s signature minimal aesthetic. Clean architectural lines guide circulation through the office, while glass partitions maintain openness without sacrificing privacy.
